Event Description

Native Voices: Native Peoples’ Concepts of Health and Illness, a traveling exhibition created by the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM) is traveling to libraries throughout the country through a partnership with the American Library Association (ALA). The CSU-Pueblo University Library is thrilled to bring the exhibition to our community and to broaden perspectives about this fascinating topic. The exhibition will be held in the CSU-Pueblo University Library's lobby (LARC) from March 1st through April 13th. In conjunction with the exhibition, the library will be hosting a series of programs including a panel discussion on Native Health on Thursday, March 2 at 6:30 PM in the library's lecture hall, LARC 109, and a presentation by Dr. Patrisia Gonzales of the University of Arizona at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 9 at 7:00 PM in LARC 109.
