Event Description

For ages 13 to 18. Spend the week creating your own world on paper. We will craft characters, develop dialogue, and create short works to share in a reading at the end of the week. Social justice themes will be explored through all genres: what would you change about our world? Our summer camps are small, smart, and will make your kids think (and do)! With a maximum of 20 students, your child will be immersed in hands-on, experiential learning through programs connected to our rich performance history. Our talented team of instructors includes UCCS faculty and staff, THEATREWORKS teaching artists, and other community partners. For questions, please contact Joye Cook-Levy, Education Program Director, at jcooklev@uccs.edu or (719) 255-3919.
