American Public Media has announced that it is ceasing production and distribution of the popular Saturday morning program Dinner Party Download in 2018. Luckily, there is a silver lining in almost every cloud, and the program Milk Street is the bright new program addition in this scenario.
Milk Street is an hour long show that focuses on the transcendent nature of culinary endeavors by traveling the world to bring you the very best ideas and techniques, all with no lists of hard-to-find ingredients, strange cookware, or all-day methods to slow you down.
Host Christopher Kimball (formerly of America's Test Kitchen) offers an invitation to the cooks of the world to sit at the same table and debunk the myth of ethnic foods - it's all just breakfast, lunch and dinner from around the world.
