Connect for Health Colorado is the state’s insurance exchange set up to meet requirements of the federal Affordable Care Act.  It’s where the uninsured in Colorado can enroll in health insurance.  

A new report says Colorado is home to the highest health insurance rates in the country. It's not the whole state, but four counties in the central mountains have higher rates than anywhere else. One of those counties is now threatening a lawsuit. Here to explain what's going on, and talk about an important upcoming health insurance deadline is Eric Whitney, who reports on health care for NPR and Kaiser Health News.
