  • A legislative mistake at the statehouse is keeping some special districts around Colorado from collecting recreational marijuana tax revenue.   • Colorado's Republican Senator Cory Gardner has canceled today's planned town hall in Pueblo, saying he's been asked by the White House to be a part of a congressional delegation to Puerto Rico.  The goal of the trip, his office says, is to survey areas damaged by Hurricane Maria, and to meet with Coast Guard and local officials.  Gardner says he will reschedule the town hall sometime in the near future.
