  • Colorado Springs will pay more than $200,000 to settle a lawsuit related to racial profiling.  The suit, brought by the ACLU, alleges police pulled over, searched and detained two brothers due to their race.  The police department released a statement saying the claims of racial profiling were "unfounded," and settled because of the potential costs of continued litigation.
  • Finding ways to fund transportation projects in the state was a top priority for lawmakers this session. But as 91.5 KRCC's Bente Birkeland reports, an effort to send a ballot question to voters this fall is all but dead...
