About Blues Under the Bridge

Blues Under the Bridge is now entering its tenth year and has been designated a Signature Event by the Colorado Springs Downtown Development Authority. The festival is a production of 91.5 FM KRCC Radio Colorado College, the Pikes Peak Blues Community, and Bristol Brewing Company. Blues Under the Bridge has become recognized as a premier blues music festival attracting blues fans from all over Colorado, and even the greater Southwest United States!

Festival Location

The festival venue is located Under the Bridge at 218 West Colorado Ave., Colorado Springs 80903

Driving Directions

From the North:

  1. Take Interstate 25 south to Exit 142 W. Bijou St.
  2. Turn left (east) onto W. Bijou St.
  3. Turn right on N. Cascade Ave.
  4. Turn right on W. Colorado Ave.
  5. Turn left on Cimino Dr. and follow the signs

From the South:

  1. Take Interstate 25 north to Exit 141 W. Cimarron St.
  2. Turn right (east) onto W. Cimmaron St.
  3. Turn left on Cascade Ave.
  4. Turn left on W. Colorado Ave.
  5. Turn left on Cimino Dr. and follow the signs

Parking

UPDATE: The Antlers Hilton parking IS NOT FREE.

Park at the Antlers Hilton, walk west on Colorado Ave. and take the stairs Under the Bridge. The garage has entrances on Pikes Peak Ave. next to Penrose Library and on Colorado Ave. just west of Cascade Ave.

Paid and Disabled Parking (very limited) is available Under the Bridge for $10. VIP ticket holders can park for free until the lot is full.

Disabled festival goers may be dropped off at the main entrance for easier access. Our Volunteers are most happy to help!

Vendors & Booths

We will have food and beverage vendors as well as information, service and non-profit organizations we are sure you will enjoy. Festival goers are encouraged to bring cash for food and beverages.  Some vendors may not have credit card capability.

Festival Guidelines

Festival goers are ENCOURAGED to:

  • Bring a folding chair to sit on under the bridge – blankets are permitted but the viewing area is paved, so sitting on the ground might be uncomfortable
  • Bring cash for food and drink – vendors may not have credit card capability
  • Bring children, ages 10 and under get in free
  • Park next to the festival area – parking will be available by exiting off the Colorado Ave. Bridge on the Conejos St. off-ramp – parking fee is $10 per car
     

Festival goers MAY NOT:

  • Cross the train tracks east of the performance area – access to and from Blues Under the Bridge is allowed ONLY from the stairs off of the Colorado Ave. bridge or by using the North Conejos St. off-ramp
  • Bring food or drink into the venue area
  • Drink alcohol without a valid photo ID
  • Record any portion of the musical event, i.e., no video or flash cameras
  • Bring firearms or weaponry into the event
  • Bring pets – NO dogs please

Please note: Blues Under the Bridge organizers reserve the right to search individuals prior to entering the venue area.

TICKET PRICE FOR EVERYONE AT THE DOOR is $50
Children under 12 are admitted free with guardian.
