  • Colorado lawmakers have unveiled a bi-partisan, referred measure that would ask voters to increase sales taxes roughly a half-cent to help fund transportation projects.  The money would go toward priority road and bridge projects, and provide funding to counties and local cities to spend as they wish on transit, roads, trails or fixing potholes.  The Colorado Department of Transportation estimates a 9 billion dollar funding shortfall over the next decade.
  • A bill that would create a license plate honoring the Pueblo chile is moving forward in the senate. 91.5 KRCC's Holly Pretsky reports...
