- Five people have been charged with murder in the deaths of two Colorado Springs teenagers whose bodies were found last month near the Pikes Peak International Raceway. The murder suspects and five other people arrested in connection with the deaths of 15-year-old Derek Greer and 16-year-old Natalie Partida all appeared in court today for the formal filing of charges against them. The others face charges ranging from being an accessory to murder to weapons violations.
- CSU Pueblo's Institute of Cannabis Research will host a forum on the relationship between cannabis and homelessness tomorrow...
- Congressman Doug Lamborn is spending time this holiday break from Congress to hold town halls throughout the 5th District. He was scheduled for stops in Buena Vista and Fairplay today. Tomorrow he'll be in Colorado Springs at the Stetson Hills Police Substation, and Thursday, Lamborn is scheduled to stop in Canon City and Cripple Creek.
