HSPPR Pet of the Day: Sippriano

Jul 29, 2015

Are you a Jack Russell kind of dog lover? Well, I am the best of the best! I'm Sippriano. This beautiful girl came in on the Rescue Rover from one of HSPPR's transfer partners. I was missing my right eye when I got here, but I don’t seem to be in any pain. I also had a large mass on my left hind leg. HSPPR's staff veterinarians removed the mass and let me recover in the hospital for a week or two. And now this social girl is ready to meet my new family! I'm a little calmer than most Jack Russells, but I still have that take-charge attitude.

HSPPR Pet of the Day: Bella and Rusty

Jul 28, 2015

Hi there! We're Bella and Rusty, 8, are an elderly pair of Australian cattle dogs looking for a brand new home where we can spend the rest of their lives together! The volunteers at HSPPR absolute love us, and we love getting treats from them. We can be a little nervous in new situations, so we would do better in a more mature home. Come adopt us today!

HSPPR Pet of the Day: Dizzy

Jul 24, 2015

Need a sweet, playful kitty for your house? I would like to submit my application! Hi, I'm Dizzy, a 5-year-old spayed black and white longhair. I'm not exactly the over-cuddly type, but I love hanging out with my people, especially if they come bearing treats and boxes! I also love getting attention – IF the attention is on my terms of course. I couldn’t stay with my family because they had to move, so now I am looking for a new family that will keep me safe and loved for the rest of my life. Come adopt me today!

HSPPR Pet of the Day: Lucy and Ricky

Jul 23, 2015

Hello! We’re the Ricardos, Lucy and Ricky! Lucy is about 3 years old, Ricky is about 1 year old, and we are both Chihuahuas. We were adopted once but returned due to allergies in the family. We are so used to being with each other that HSPPR doesn’t want to separate us. Ricky here. I’m not grumpy at all, though Lucy, as per her character, is a little more outgoing and friendly than I am. But I warm up quickly, and if you have a home big enough for two, we would be two adorable new additions. Please give us a new home together where we can stay in safety for the rest of our lives!

HSPPR Pet of the Day: Cleo

Jul 17, 2015

Hi there. I'm Cleo, and I'm looking for a new home! I came to HSPPR because my owner had too many pets to take care of properly. I was VERY shy and fearful when I first came in, but HSPPR staff and volunteers have been working with me, and I have already made so much progress. I will still be shy and scared in new situations, but the longer you spend time with me, the more in love with me you will fall. Give me some time and gentle love, and I’ll be your best friend forever! Come adopt me today!

HSPPR Pet of the Day: Ken

Jul 16, 2015

Hi! I’m Ken, a very handsome 3-year-old neutered longhair. I was found as a stray by a Good Samaritan. They said I had reportedly been living in the neighborhood for some time before I was brought in to HSPPR. But I am such a sweet fellow that HSPPR wants to find me a brand new home all of my own! I am calm and friendly, and you will love my gorgeous fur coat. Plus, brushing me daily will give you all the time you need to bond with your new fur kid! I can’t wait to snooze on your couch this summer. So what are you waiting for? Come adopt me into your home today!

HSPPR Pet of the Day: Erin

Jul 10, 2015

Hi! I'm Erin, a gorgeous 4-year-old white and brown tabby. I was so eager to get a home, I walked right into someone’s garage and asked to stay! Unfortunately, I didn’t get along with the resident kitties, so now I am looking for a new home that will love me for the rest of my life. I am sweet and confident, and the person who brought me in said I did well with his children. I will be spayed before I leaves the facility.

HSPPR Pet of the Day: CoCo

Jun 18, 2015

Hi there. I’m CoCo, a very handsome 2-year-old neutered black kitty. I’m definitely the quiet type. Actually, I’m a very sensitive, shy little boy. I respond well to gentle attention, but it will probably take me a few days to warm up to my new home. I might never be the outgoing life of the party that some of my kitty friends are, but if you are looking for a loyal guy who will make you his entire world, I’m your cat. Don’t overlook me! Come adopt me into your household today.
