The Blue Star has consistently been hosting pairing dinners and with their intimate private dining space it proves to be an ideal venue for these exclusive events. As of November 2016, Brian Blasnek has taken on the role of executive chef and is offering a satisfying ping pong effect varying Blue Star’s focus between beer and wine.
