How to Submit a PSA

KRCC has changed the way we operate our Community Calendar. You will now be able to directly submit your event, and also provide  additional pertinent information beyond the required fields.

KRCC will need to approve the event before it gets posted. We will accept submissions for non - profit as well as for profit events.

KRCC does not specifically endorse or recommend any products or services listed on this calendar nor does the station receive any compensation, financial or otherwise for any of the listings.

Our intent is to offer a calendar of events that we feel will be of interest to our community of listeners. This calendar will contain user - friendly features including maps, links, pictures, and more convenient search functions.

Previous submission guidelines for content still apply. Events must not promote / advocate anything of a religious or partisan political nature. We also are prohibited by the FCC to announce fundraisers for other organizations. For clarification of this policy, please contact the KRCC General Manager or PSA Director at 473-4801 or 800-748-2727. (Basically, we can post an event online for you but we CANNOT actively fund raise for your organization on air or otherwise).

Due to the volume of requests, KRCC may or may not include your PSA for use. The further in advance of an event you can submit your information though, the better the chance it will make it on to the calendar (provided it meets all guidelines and is approved by station staff). KRCC holds final editorial approval and reserves the right to decline any PSA request. KRCC is also not liable for erroneous information that may get posted ie: wrong dates or addresses.
